ISON (not all that it seems???)

Doug, checking Edgar Isonics SB/2 will reveal a bunch of
different placements (when you get down toward the bottom).

After all the employee stock and new issues go out of lock-up,
there may be as many as 8 - 10 million shares outstanding.

It seems ISON is _dependent_ upon a single supplier of "their"
product. That is, a company either owned or operated by the
Russian Atomic Energy Commission produces what Isonics sells.
Once a year, (in February), Isonics hammers out a new year
long contract with this Russian firm to produce and supply them
with product.

If this Russian firm is privatized by the Russian Govt etc...
Isonics may be in grave trouble.

Knowing that a Russian firm produces all of their Zinc product
and seeing less than 40 employees listed on yahoo leads me to
guess that Isonics may be more of a "middle-man" distribution
type company than owner/monopolist.

I spent less than 15 minutes reading Edgar.

I thought I would post this in the event you didn't know.

Cheers. George
