I was thinking history may someday see Trump as a wake up call in this respect. As we move into the technological world and increasing control of our lives by consolidated power around the world e.g. the billionaire Koch Brothers huge propaganda machine, or simply the Russian interference, Trump is showing the world the dark side of our technological advancement.

Trump is so transparently a criminal con man that even the lowest information voter has a hard time ignoring it e.g. many on FOX are actually admitting Russian involvement and are at odds with Trump.

Plus Trump is forcing Republican leaders to come out of the shadows of their criminality and defend his indefensible behavior which makes them vulnerable at the election box. Because we can see what they are doing.

I think we may have needed this lesson, although we will pay dearly for it.
