You don't understand what Mueller is doing. Buy indicting those 13 Russians he has set up a situation whereby anyone who is found to have been colluding with them, or even talking about it has committed a crime.

Dumbass. The indictment specifically ruled out ANY possibility of criminal intent on the part of Americans.
