Kasha--Mitch is right, white with chicken, red with Velveeta.
Anything else would be gauche. You can however make Canadian white wine work as a red if you just have your lady friends use it to remove their fingernail polish with it first.
I am not sure where the chicken is myself. TEDennis just treated all the lucky followers of his thread to a poem that may have cleared him out of SI.
