So, assume we could get rid of AR15s overnight. And assume that the string of killings continued. ... I don't think you would favor attacking a problem without proper analysis. I wouldn't, either. In the interest of "proper analysis," I'll ask once again. If they were gone overnight, what about our lives might be missing or newly harmful? When would you have another opportunity to address the problem, politically speaking? When we looked at the trend line of incidents of mass killings and reevaluated.
