Saudi Arabia needs oil prices to go up a lot or they're in serious trouble. Both Bush's did their best to get oil prices up when they went to war in Iraq twice. Bush even put sanctions on Iran to force prices even higher. The people of the world respect President Obama. When Trump was in Germany at the same time as President Obama Merkel invited President Obama to speak, not the moron in the WH.
