I finally got TWO messages back from the SEC that weren't canned, pretyped messages! At least I think they weren't. Both messages were in response to complaint letters I had sent regarding bid/ask spreads and the possible manipulation of RSYS stock prices on the Nasdaq. Both of the replies I received were from the same guy, Al
Lapins, and they said the same thing in different ways...so I think they were hand written. We might just be getting through to them, folks. Please let the SEC know your feelings. Help@SEC.gov
