None of the indictments so far have anything to do with Trump or with his supposed collusion with Russians. They are all allegations from years ago or process crimes.

Mueller works for the DoJ which is subordinate to the President. An indictment of the President is highly unlikely. That said, Mueller could make a referral to congress for impeachment if he finds a major crime. But that also looks unlikely.

And lastly, the president "shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment." Do you think for one moment he wouldn't pardon himself if Mueller went so far as to indict him?
