A read here indicates the costs of access road use Shaft creek would face. Trillogy road cost is very similar to the finished Galore Creek access cost assessments. Galore road may be higher. $150M already spent on the first 40 Km. Half way. Major bridges are yet to come.
Unless Teck and it's partners own both the Galore creek road and the deposits. At present Teck only owns Fifty % of the access road. Thereby subject to 50% of any levied toll assessment.
Copper Fox holds 0% of road ownership. There fore would be subject to being charged 100% of the levy.

The road use cost would have to come out of payment received for their 25% of production. In the J/V it states Teck fronts CUU's share to production. And will be paid back from CUU's production share. It also says Copper Fox is responsible for paying the cost of handling, Storage and transportation.
With a return on only 23.6% after royalties these after production costs will further diminish their net back. In turn value. Value in any business venture, is always based against net $ return.
Road use can be expensive. When a road is privately owned set levies are charged against anyone who commercially uses it.
Not cost calculated then split up among the number of users for the benefit of all. It is an asset of the owner on which a return on the investment to construct it is expected. Add 20 to 25% to the figures in the report as trillogy's figures are in US dollars.
