We are having pulled pork from the Instant Pot tonight. Some dishes get better after the flavors settle in a bit, pulled pork is one of those especially with adding liquid smoke I think. The Kalua Pork recipe from the included recipe book was not all that impressive at first, but seemed to have much more flavor as leftovers.
