I spoke with Dempsey. (First time) Case No. INC 004133 is indeed active and open. He is meeting with his attorney this afternoon to be updated. Mentioned who responded, who defaulted, and who was granted an extension in case no.edvc 92-300 The only one served was Zapara in the first action. He currently has two active cases which have been identified previously and is pursuing them individually. He also mentioned that should any shareholders wish to join his suit against the company now or in the future, they may do so at no expense. He already is paying for the litigation anyways.
