I entered the discussion at the point where Gun owner rights were claimed to trump everyone else's rights. ... and I asked twice politely for an explanation: "It would be nice if could you first explain which are rights everyone has that have been trumped by gun owners."

I did not get an explanation.

CJ likes to tag me (and others) with a position which he can rant against, whether or not the position is properly held. Then he goes all over the map with parodies and insults for the created straw man. I've no interest in such nonsense.

I do not know what, if anything, should be done about guns. I consider the problem a human problem not a weapons problem.
