Skynet from the Terminator franchise is what happens when AI goes beyond humans and develops its own biases..

Still a ways off of that.. An awful lot of perceived advances in AI are merely the result of a huge leap in horsepower... Ie.. Computational power.. Cheap storage and internet speed.. Applied to old AI ideas.. We are entering Jerk mode.. Acceleration of tech advances are accelerating.. ie..jerk mode
