Um, it has been covered many, many times before. Granted, the exact phrase "this is an example of a gun right that supersedes the rights of others", but... This is an example of a gun right that supersedes the rights of others... The idea that there is nothing that can be done about the proliferation of guns. That it is a fact of life. Trying to restrict access to any type of gun is an intolerable encroachment on the rights of gun owners. This is an example of a gun right that supersedes the rights of others... That turning our schools into maximum security bunkers and teaching kids hand to hand combat is a much more acceptable solution to school shootings than restricting access to people who are actually responsible. There are many others. There is a key idea, though. And that is that the needs and desires of gun owners must be accommodated by the bulk of society regardless of the monetary and personal costs to the rest of society. And if people die or are injured, it is just a necessary part of life, The preceding sentence should have been preceded by "This is an example of a gun right that supersedes the rights of others..."
