Those are rather tame words to describe what that jerk did.

"Invasion of privacy" usually means something like Facebook selling your profile to advertisers.

Taking a picture of your mistress naked without her consent and using it for blackmail is a sex crime, pure and simple.

The governor needs to spend at least a year in jail, then register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
