Meanwhile, at Friday’s close, the Contest median was up 12.46% YTD (vs. up 12.65% YTD a week ago), the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI) was up 3.74% YTD (vs. up 3.38% YTD a week ago), the smaller-cap S&P Biotechnology Select Industry Index (SPSIBI) was up 9.17% YTD (vs. up 8.96% YTD a week ago), with the Nasdaq Composite Index (IXIC) up 6.29% YTD (vs. up 4.87% YTD a week ago).
RKRW’s portfolio, up a super-duper 41.06% YTD, continued as Contest leader, with STEVEL’s portfolio, up 32.93% YTD, and JULIUS’ portfolio, up 32.87% YTD, battling for second and third place.
At Friday's close, 57 of the 62 Contest portfolios were in the green, with 49 beating the NBI and 35 beating the SPSIBI.
The 230 Contest stock picks have an average YTD gain of 9.56% and a median YTD gain of 4.20%.
