No s martin / Doug54 / SMARTIN8231..... thaT FEDERAL CASE 'is' the CIVIL CASE! It was filed in the wrong venue and had be filed in superior court. THERE IS NO OTHER CASE! No case for " California residents, no other FEDERAL CASE, NOTHING! Zapara was named in the civil suit that was kicked out of civil court, THE VERY SAME CASE, sans ZAPARA was filed in the Superior court. There are no other cases filed, if Kugler uses the booted civil case, its' the very same suit filed in the Superior court, except Zapara isn't named. Now!!! What about you? You slandered BBildmans' vitae & credentials, he was on the thread, he said alls he wanted was an apology for your slander, and he'd live & let live, you never took him up on his offer, why? How many names are you currently posting under? Pugs
