DD,

No, I believe it was one, Jim Dezmon.

Btw, I decided to break down and call RMIL. (Yes, I finally did it... :0) I was informed by the darling Lori that the company had been advised by its attorneys to submit all of the public filings that OVIS/RMIL has filed with the SEC to the Mmkr to fulfill the conditions of Rule 15c2-11.

Yes... you heard it correctly. All of those currently existing filings which are apparently so misrepresentive of the company's current status will provide the basis upon which Sharpe or any other Mmkr will make their application under 15c2-11.

I would sumbit that old documents and filings will not satisfy the NASD OTC compliance office's requirements.

But then again, we'll see. Remember that Riley and Pugs both stated that the stock would be trading again by Wednesday or Thursday on the OTC BB. And Riley received this information directly from company officials. Besides, Riley is a psychic and a psychic of his stature could never be mistaken... could he??

And its kinda funny that I didn't see anything on Weather Channel about the temperature dropping in Hades.

Things that make you go hmmmm.....

Regards,

Ron
