BTW the Gates and Manafort bank fraud referenced in the last post, would be a layup for any state prosecution ... just in case a federal pardon came along. Manafort has income tax charges too .. if he didn't report federal income correctly it's a sure thing he did the same on state returns ... another layup that a federal pardon couldn't protect him from.
