I have a new laptop, and want to establish a backup plan.

Josh (and all), are you still a proponent of Macrium Reflect Free for disk images?

I also have available the "Seagate Disk Wizard" which apparently is some version of Acronis software.

Which of these do you recommend for disk imaging?
