They had a 10M Exclusive license fee that they paid to Intuit that I am aware of in October....but as far as I know they amoritize the fee over the contract term, but big cash out for sure. So whether they have positive cash flow is up for grabs. They had better hit their analysts numbers...actually beat them like they have been doing. In order to stay up here at this price level. The Big Billers are not even in the equation yet....so I'm looking mostly at subscribers.....I believe in the 9/30 quarter it was 2M....they've done so many divestures the last few quarters I can't track their progress Q to Q to any degree of certianly.
