I've said it. We need to move more towards Capitalism and let the free markets rule in most things. There are a few things that we should pay taxes for and expect of our government. As I've mentioned before, a good Judicial Branch, law enforcement, military, and some very limited social safety net. But beyond those things, I'd cut back on a very large and wide swath of all the waste the government is involved in. What does not make sense is the continued erosion of our freedoms and rights and the continuation of the completely irresponsible levels of government spending to pay for increasingly impossible promises of free stuff that the Dems want us all to pay for.
