Yes Koan, I've heard that argument as well. The will of the Founding Fathers supposedly doesn't count because (a) that was a different era, and (b) they owned slaves.

By that logic, you can declare the entire Bill of Rights nullified, because you know, that was written by slave owners.

Let's face it, you share more in common with communist China or socialist Venezuela than with any free society. That's why it's called the "free world" instead of the "socialist world."
