Combine this quiet period, with the insider buying and it may lead one to conclude that something very positive is in the works. Though, I agree that the chart may lead you to believe the stock is going lower, as this stock's relative strength has been flat to negative for some time now. Timing these events, whether technical or fundamental is tricky business indeed.
