There are free health clinics all over the country for people who can't afford the premiums to go to a doctor. nypost.com And the NY Post is a right wing conservative paper. Your points are so abstract and make no sense whatsoever. DNV in Henderson is very efficient. You call up and make an appointment and they take you on time. That's been my experience. Post office rates go up because the price of paper goes up and lack of worker productivity. Efficiency means saving human lives.
