You don't get it. People drop dead because they cannot afford to get medical treatment and physicians don't give a shit. All most physicians care about is getting paid. No payola, no Heath care.
One of the main purposes of single payer is to lower the premiums so more people can afford health care. Health insurance is not healthcare.
