I gave you the NY Post Article which documents that 1 in 4 people refuse medical care because they can't afford it. nypost.com Why do 1 in 4 people refuse to go to doctors because they can't afford it? Answer because The Doctors don't care. No payola no treatment. The Physicians can and do turn away patients if the don't get paid to their satisfaction. You are either naive or plain dumb. But the answer to your question is in the doctor's refusal to see patients who cannot afford their service. Physicians are entitled to do that. They can say no, I don't want to treat you.
