>OK, I called Palm Springs, it appears I was wrong about the civil case being dead, Zapara has filed 2 motions to strike, both for Jan. 29th, hearing om demure. So, the civil case is still alive with Zapara moving to strike, this verified by the court. Zapara is not named in the suit to the Federal court, I believe Kugler said that, he would be correct. Also....I can find no other case for California residents, I'll wait for Kugler to fill us in on that one...I am wrong about the civil case being dead, the court informed me that, indeed, Zapara has 2 motions to strike scheduled for 1/29.
