Ian, I also just read through the last few posts but I have also read through all of the others. The $10. you speak of was a misinterpretation of a possible target The Penny Stock Guru gave on Friday. He had suggested that the stock could now possibly reach this target by Dec. His first alert was quickly and poorly worded and could easily have been misread unless you just clearly looked at it in the light of previous information re. this stock and other plays he has been following for some time. The misinformation was also corrected by him in a later message to his subscription list and within this string in message #21.

As I read through todays negative comments I must say I don't understand some peoples reaction against the "Guru". This guy did not compel anyone to purchase this stock and if you bought knowing nothing else about the stock than a few internet comments, and perhaps just at the last minute, that's not his fault either.

I have been following his and several other internet letters since Feb/Mar. He dosen't give a lot of information and he's no more perfect than I and perhaps some of you but he's sure had a pretty good track record of success over that time period. I have only recently bought into some of the companies he follows as I have been fully invested. I finally made myself remove some of my less active picks and try something else.

I called CYJ sometime ago and did recieve an information package. If you had been following the Guru's letters he has been saying this company has some good things going for it since the May/June slide. I bought some at $.42 and $.38 on the way down. I bought more when he was still strongly recommended it at $.25 and I bought more last week at $.59. I have no complaints with his information so far. It's been farely accurate but noone can account for shareholders taking a profit. I would have sold 3000 myself today had it reached $.90. (Missed it by a penny).

The message Friday said we should see a big move on Monday. Well the stock so far has gone over it's 3 year high today. At the moment 2,700,000 plus shares have traded. Someones taking a profit and some ones buying bigtime as well. I do wish I had a machine that could show the size of the sell orders compared with the size of the buys.High of $.89 and low of $.66 so far. Seems to have bottomed in the $.70's at the moment.

I don't really think it's all that bad yet myself. Hang in there if your prepared for the risk, otherwise you should be playing a different game. This one dosen't come with great guarantees but I do believe there is some great potential.I probably should be taking more profits myself at this point. As a friend of mine says there's nothing wrong with putting a profit in your jeans at any point.

I don't think there is any way for the Guru or anyone else to stop someone from selling at a lower price than you or I may want to see the stock trading at. Especially if they're small investors like myself and they are cautious of the market. How many threads have I read of those who said ,"I guess I got out too soon" after it's up a couple of bucks. Well face it if we all had crystal balls it would be a very different game. Then you would really see greed take over.

Just my thoughts for what their worth. Be careful, try to invest wisely, cry if and when you must (we've all done some), help your neighbour whenever you can but in the end be prepared at least to carry your ownload and the responsibility that goes with it. I'm so slow at typing that the numbers are now old and the trading day is almost over BUT I'll post it any way.

Keep a light an in the window!

Have a great Day !

Bob Curtis
