Such transactions were reported on Form 4 in October 1997 by Mr. Matthews and on Form 4 in December 1997 by Mr. Der Torossian.
I can think of 1 or 2 more names besides Richardson as candidates for iring. But at least they recognized that the New Business development guy didn't quite live up to expectations...
