Afaq, you said you would assume that it covers both the drug and the delivery system and offered to call the company for clarification. This would be good news of monumental importance for HVSF if the delivery system were officially in the clear. However, as Waite did not make any clear and pointed reference to a delivery system patent victory, I am sceptical. Perhaps the press release was intentionally vague on that point? If they were intentionally vague, then you can bet that the tran-urethral aspect is still in legal limbo. Bruce
