Kenny,

The "big deal" as I see it is that, according to Lori, RMIL has merely resubmitted past SEC filings from last summer, and its most recent 8K.

My information, from speaking with OTC compliance at NASD, is that the company will likely be required to have all of its filings up to date, likely including the long awaited 10K.

Again, a mmkr can submit a 15c2-11 application, but it does not guarantee the stock will resume trading on the BB's. An NASD analyst will review the application and either approve it or request further information before giving their approval to resume making a market in RMIL. And it will likely require that subtle "nod" from the SEC as well.

What I'm saying is that, according to my information from NASD themselves, RMIL has possibly led its shareholders astray once more by implying that all they had to do was submit the old filings and not the delinquent 10Q's for the past two quarters and the 1997 10K.

We'll see on Wednesday or Thursday, won't we??

Regards,

Ron
