i'm trying to establish that ALL tariffs are harmful, even if they're small. if they're small enough, yes the harm will be less, but it will still result in harm to the economy. sure, small enough tariffs aren't worth arguing about, but it's still worth knowing that they do some harm. and these tariffs by trump are going to be large enough to cause very noticeable damage.
