Yes, unless Congress stops him somehow. Trade Wars Are GREAT! That's what they taught at Trump U, where he told gullible dummies he'd make them millionaires in a year. He literally took out ads in papers promising this: I think a lot of SI Trumpty supporters were Trump U students. None of them got rich but that's Obama's fault. He was born in Kenya. A shithole country. He settled with Trump U students for $25 million immediately after the election. He'd promised he would win his lawsuits and reopen Trump U after the election. But decided to settle instead. Not a single Trump U student got rich as promised. Not one. They all got poorer in fact. A repeated failure at business, he monetized the reality show that told people he was a success by starting a fraululent "university".
