LSCC 41 1/2 w/ 1000 vol for last trade at 16:52, trade posted prior to this was 42 3/8 w/ 2000 vol at 16:50.

You should get IE4... just don't activate the "Active desktop". I have a bit of problem with it everytime I change my desktop or add another icon... it crashes.
