Over on the Zenyatta Free Speech Forum, where I have received a lifetime ban for saying that Fact Czecher was NOT hoov, Mr. Not Hoov is on a rant defending his statement that Zenyatta had dropped out of the PDAC convention. He based his twist on the fact that when he searched the Core Shack component of the convention Zenyatta's name was not there. So he spews out that ZEN has dropped out of PDAC and questions why.

I would have thought that not hoov would know that the PDAC Convention was both a conference and a trade show, with several different components. Let's see, there is the Core Shack where not hoov looked already. Then there's the Prospector Tent (no need to check- no ZEN there this year) and, oh yeah then there is the Investors Exchange (hint-might want to look for ZEN here) along with a bunch of the trade show components.

Maybe Fact Czecher is really NOT hoov, as I think hoov would have known a little more about PDAC...unless he is trying to throw us the track off with his antics.

Of note...I am very concerned that a few GSLR residents are going on Facebook and are posting concerns about the threats and derogatory comments that they have received from CCB shareholders posting on the Zenyatta Free Speech Forum on Silicon Investor. Why is our good name being dragged in to the CCB/GSLR mess? Is there a chance that Zen could be harmed by the CCB shareholders derogatory comments? I hope Zens lawyers have taken a close look at what is being publicly posted by Nucie and crew.

When I was viewing the Facebook comments made by a GSLR councilor, there was a link to a 2012 story about a shipping company whose CEO (R. Bruce Duncan) was suing an east coast Municipality for damages caused by misinformation about the project being supposedly spread by the Municipality. Eerily similar to the move being pulled by CCB these days. I think I will look a little deeper to see how the case proceeded. Here's the story:
