I'd expect it to be much quicker, since Fallon commented they were running their networks "hot" several CCs ago. He was later questioned on a separate CC about this "hot" comment. All they have to do is replace old linecards with the new 1.2Tb model. He also said CenturyLink was buying footprint, common equipment in the Q3 call, so they have a lot of gear ready for 1.2Tb cards...
