Over on the free spewage board, Facks argues that CCB indeed does have a resource and reposts my message as follows.

Whelan Bay posted: "Remember CCB has no defined, compliant resource." Message 31512344

And specboy12 posted: " A company without even a compliant resource" Message 31512089

Obviously both of these "educated investors" are confused and/or ignorant about what constitutes a Compliant Resource at PEA level.

An 8 second google search quickly provided the following amcconsultants.com

But Section 2.3(3) does allow the inclusion of Inferred Resources in a PEA.
