A year ago I posted about a Russian Kremlin communications person & author, who defected to Canada back in the mid 1980's. ILy Gerol who spoke at a free Enterprise event I attended and said Russia believed If they simply continued to agitate and sew discontent. The US would eventually destroy its self and collapse from within. Then I followed up with another post last summer.

Copy and Paste from the last post; (#139112)
"In a lot earlier post on this board I quoted from a book by ILy Gerol a Soviet professor who worked in the Kremlin before defecting to Canada to teach in a university.
He stated Russia has a long planned strategy of sewing discontent to undermine trust in each other and cause disruption amongst it's people. He said much the same in a speaking engagement he had that I attended. That was more than 25 years ago. It was hard to imagine at the time. But it seems to have came to pass."

I forget who said that for Russia or any foreign country to cause a split or disagreement among the American people would be most unlikely, if not impossible.
Well just a short time ago Robert Mueller released a report. He discovered Russian operatives were still doing exactly as was suggested 40 years ago by ILy. (Link at the bottom)

It brings me to wonder how much of the division of thought among the dedicated followers of the two political parties has been mustered by such foreign tactics.
Among the Republican party there are certainly a few trouble making dissenters who criticize and hinder progress in any way they can.

The same goes for Democrats who also have anti constitutional flag wavers trying to stir emotions as high as possible in their followers. Even now divisions within the party it's self that don't agree Moderate Vs Progressive

Unknown to the electorate and party members. I wonder if both sides have been infiltrated by operatives to further the foreign agenda.

One thing for certain. Unless Americans start thinking about what could be lost, Rather than nonchalantly basking in, Taking for granted and abusing the benefits of present freedoms and lifestyles.
Future generations will not enjoy what we have had. There are three Super powers in the world. Two of which are Dictatorships. 66.33% Who do not believe in democracy.
Should US begin to shred parts of the Constitution each party to their own desires one little statute at a time. Where does it stop ?
How long before there is no longer the freedoms we enjoy resulting in 3 Dictators controlling the world ?

Russia would then have justified it's efforts.

And yes there is a need for some Gun Regulation to keep weaponry out of the hands of Irresponsible Hotheads, Criminals and mentally deficient people. It should however be, Regulation NOT control. Control would take eroding the Constitution. That would not be desirable.
