Bonus question: What do you think of Basic Income Guarantees? I'm not opposed to an experiment. During the Clinton administration lifetime welfare was ended. I think many conservatives would be opposed to re-instituting this idea. I will be greedy here. I would also want several options for vocational training and daycare for the participants. I want to try different incentive programs to determine under which circumstances people advance out of the program and into full-time jobs with full benefits.
