I suggest you reread my post. And I agree that the RMIL situation is in the realm of "wait and see". I just wanted to contest the wild-*ss claims of Riley and Pugs... <wink>

Reporting companies, which apparently OVIS/RMIL claims to be, must file all delinquent Q's(no auditing requirement), and likely a 1997 10K AUDITED.

If you still don't understand it, let me know and I will provide you the number for OTC compliance and you can ask them yourself.
