This Geocities deal was conducted similarly to the Four11 deal. The S-3 was filed, and the shares have probably already been sold. Softbank is supposed to transfer another 400,000 YHOO shares to Geocities at the end of this month, so we should have more selling.

As mentioned above, I believe all the shares that have been transferred to Geocities have already been sold.
