Why should the execs care much about the stock price anyway? It's unlikely that they'll want to dive soon into any more acquisitions. And they have plenty of cash for internal needs. And there's not enough stock outstanding for an outsider to stage a hostile takeover. Therefore the current price isn't of much concern except if an exec needs to raise some alimony! If the company performs well, the stock will come back eventually anyway. Wilcak said in the last conference call that he is in it for the long haul and wants to build a $1B software company based on visual computing. I don't know if they'll get there, but I do think he's on a deliberate course.
