• First, start creating a hyperlink with the message editor.

• Next, enter your URL and a temporary name for the link.

• This just created the text hyperlink below.

• Now click on the image icon in the message editor.

• Next select the image you want to upload.

• Now there is an image only, but it isn't linked.

• Next click on the 'Raw Text' icon in the message editor.

• Now you will be able to see the text hyperlink (top-line) and the image file (bottom-line).

• Next select the entire HTML line for the image file (bottom-line) and copy.

• Now select the temporary text name that is part of the top-line hyperlink. I made the temporary name ZZZZZZZ for it to be easy to see doing this step.

• Next do a paste of the image file line that was copied earlier and it will look something like this.

• Select image HTML again.

• Delete the bottom line that is the image only and leave the image hyperlink HTML above it.

• The image hyperlink is now complete and you can exit 'Text-Only Mode' and return to the SI Editor.

• This Yahoo News image is now a fully functional link.

This processes may seem long, but it's how I made the Computer Learning menu.
