The converted mutual business in California dried up because all but one have converted. Considered a road trip to open accounts last spring - sort of a reverse Bonnie and Clyde. Looks like Staten Island was the place to play in 1997. Do you have a way to play it aside from FF, which I think I have real trouble pricing. I'm inclined to sell at BV, because I truely believe that these thrifts are lousey businesses going forward.
