Republicans raise revenue. As I've shown you before, Republicans are about as likely to pass tax increases as Democrats. The difference is Dems virtually never agree to cut taxes. They're talking about raising gasoline taxes now. That should comfort you. In addition to raising revenue, it'll discourage demand for stuff you people say is destroying the world.
