The White House is, on President Dennison's behalf, claiming 1) there was no relationship with Stormy Daniels and thus no agreement and 2) claiming President Dennison "won" an arbitration against her. Clearly, if there was any arbitration it means there was an agreement. They have no concern about pushing lies that contradict other lies they're pushing.
