Yes Democrats want more social programs like in the Nordic countries and as prescribed by social scientists to make for a better more equal country.

But that is not socialism, it is social programs. Big difference. We are a democracy and if people want more social programs they have that right.

We are behind the rest of the western democracies in everything from health care to education and poverty because the rich are stealing all the wealth and refuse to share our countries bounty with others.

Dems want to change that.

The US is something like 65th in the world of income inequality. That is shameful!
