I think the confusion is in the definitions. It is my understanding that RMIL is a "Reporting Company" that is delinquent in its filings. It is not a "Non-Reporting Company".

It is my understanding that there is no requirement, at least at this time, to be a Reporting Company to trade on the OTC-BB. The catch is that once you have been a Reporting Company you must keep the filings current.

So, Ron may be right that RMIL will have to be current with all required filings before it can start trading again. Then again, as Ron said, the compliance people can make exceptions.
