Dan, Using over-simplistic analysis. IBM EPS Rank per IBD is 85. IBM relative strength is 69. Stock should rise until relative strength rank=EPS rank. I will leave the math up to the student.....Another try.....PE is less than the market and EPS rise, therefore the stock must go up. If it were simple, everyone would be rich. Scott
